Windshield Protection Film Limited Warranty Information and Registration

ClearPlex® Corporation (hereinafter "ClearPlex®"), the manufacturer of Invisible Windshield Protection Film, warrants to the original retail purchaser of this product that Invisible Windshield Protection Film when used for its intended purposes is free of discernible manufacturing defects. This limited warranty (this "Limited Warranty"), together with all warranties implied by law and not disclaimed by this Limited Warranty, if any, shall be limited to a period of one (1) year or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser. Failure to remove your Invisible Windshield Protection Film after one (1) year from the date of purchase will prohibit any claim under this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty is only valid as to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable or assignable, by operation of law or otherwise.

This Limited Warranty only covers discernible manufacturing defects in Invisible Windshield Protection Film (including, but not limited to, substantial yellowing, cracking, bubbling or peeling) that occur during the intended, normal and proper use of Invisible Windshield Protection Film and DOES NOT COVER damage that (i) is caused by or results from deterioration of Invisible Windshield Protection Film caused by normal wear, accident, collision, negligence, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration, maladjustment, modification, customization, alteration or vandalism, (ii) is caused by or results from (y) products not supplied by ClearPlex® or (z) service by anyone other than ClearPlex® or (iii) results from misapplication, faulty installation, installation methods or any installer action or inaction. No agent, representative, installer, dealer, or employee has the authority to alter, extend, limit, modify, or increase the obligations or limitations of this Limited Warranty. The installer is neither an employee nor an agent of ClearPlex®.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY APPLIES TO MANUFACTURING QUALITY ONLY AS SET FORTH HEREIN. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED. THE INSTALLER OF WINDSHIELD PROTECTION FILM IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY OF THE INSTALLATION OF THE INVISIBLE WINDSHIELD PROTECTION FILM INSTALLED ON YOUR VEHICLE.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER, AND IS INTENDED TO EXCLUDE, ANY LIABILITY ON THE PART OF CLEARPLEX® AND/OR THE INSTALLER OF INVISIBLE WINDSHIELD PROTECTION FILM, WHETHER UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR UNDER ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY LAW AND NOT DISCLAIMED HEREIN, IF ANY, FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE SALE, INSTALLATION, APPLICATION, USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE INVISIBLE WINDSHIELD PROTECTION FILM.

THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND NO WARRANTY THAT INVISIBLE WINDSHIELD PROTECTION FILM SHALL BE FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH HEREIN. ALL OTHER EXPRESSED WARRANTIES MADE BY CLEARPLEX®, INCLUDING ANY DEMONSTRATIONS, MODELS OR SYMBOLS, IF ANY, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.

Some states do not allow (i) the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages (ii) limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.

DO NOT OPERATE YOUR VEHICLE IF THE INVISIBLE WINDSHIELD PROTECTION FILM YELLOWS, CRACKS, BUBBLES UP, PEELS OR OTHERWISE IMPAIRS THE CLARITY OF THE INVISIBLE WINDSHIELD PROTECTION FILM. OPERATION OF YOUR VEHICLE UNDER SUCH CONDITIONS MAY CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE OR INJURY TO YOU, YOUR VEHICLE OR OTHER PERSONS. ClearPlex® hereby disclaims liability for damage or injuries caused by operation of your vehicle under such conditions. The ClearPlex® Invisible Windshield Protection Film should be removed from the windshield immediately if any of the above mentioned physical conditions of the windshield protection film exist.

How to Make a Claim Under this Limited Warranty

During the one-year term of this Limited Warranty, your Invisible Windshield Protection Film will be repaired or replaced when (i) proof of purchase and (ii) the defective Invisible Windshield Protection Film and the subject vehicle are returned to your local ClearPlex® installer. However, in no event shall ClearPlex®'s (or the installer's) liability under any claim or theory exceed the purchase price of the Invisible Windshield Protection Film in respect of which damages, injuries or losses are claimed. Potential purchasers should direct any communication concerning this Limited Warranty to their local installer or to the ClearPlex® Corporation.

Warranty Registration: To validate your warranty please detach and mail the postcard at the bottom of this warranty. NOTE: All information on this card must be filled our and returned within 30 days of installation to validate warranty. Warranty is provided to the original customer and is non-transferable. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO MANUFACTURING QUALITY. The installing Dealer is solely responsible for the quality of the installation on your vehicle. WARRANTY NOT VALID WITHOUT ROLL NUMBERS.
